How the FlowFinds name and marks may be used.
Last updated 5 September 2026
In short
You may use the name FlowFinds to say true things: that you use it, that you built something on it, that you are writing about it. You may not use it in a way that suggests we made your product, endorsed it, or are behind your company — in a domain, an app name, a logo, a social handle or a paid search campaign.
The marks and the approved descriptions are on the press and brand kit. Anything not permitted here needs written permission from [email protected].
The summary is not the agreement. Where it and a numbered clause differ, the clause governs.

1. What is covered
1.1 The FlowFinds name and the name FlowFinds Solutions Kft., the FlowFinds logo and wordmark, product names, and the distinctive look of our surfaces.
1.2 These marks are owned by FlowFinds Solutions Kft.. Using them under these guidelines does not transfer any right in them to you, and all goodwill from your use runs to us.
1.3 These guidelines are a permission, not a licence agreement. We may revise them, and may withdraw permission for a specific use that causes confusion.
2. Uses that need no permission
2.1 Saying truthfully that you use FlowFinds, that your shop was built with it, or that your software integrates with it — in plain text, in a sentence, without a logo lock-up.
2.2 Writing about us: news, reviews, tutorials, comparisons and criticism. You do not need our approval to write something we will not enjoy.
2.3 Citing our published measurements, with a link to research so a reader can check the figure and its date. Do not restate a number without the date and conditions attached to it.
2.4 Using the logo, unmodified, from the brand kit to illustrate an article or a reference to us.
3. Uses that are not permitted
- Any use suggesting sponsorship, endorsement, partnership or affiliation that does not exist — including “official”, “certified” or “approved by FlowFinds”.
- The name or a confusingly similar variant in a company name, product name, app name, social handle, or as the dominant part of a domain — including hyphenated and misspelled variants.
- Bidding on the FlowFinds name, or a close variant, in paid search or social advertising, including to promote a referral link.
- Altering the logo: recolouring, stretching, rotating, adding effects, combining it with your own mark, or using it as an element in your own logo or app icon.
- Using the marks on merchandise, or in a way that implies our involvement in goods you sell.
- Using the marks in connection with anything the acceptable use policy prohibits, or in a manner that is unlawful, deceptive or defamatory.
- Registering the marks, or anything confusingly similar, as a trademark, domain or handle anywhere in the world.
4. How to write the name
4.1 FlowFinds — one word, capital F, capital F. Not “Flowfinds”, “Flow Finds” or “FLOWFINDS” in running text.
4.2 Use it as a proper adjective or noun, never as a verb and never in the possessive or plural: “built with FlowFinds”, not “we FlowFindsed it”.
4.3 The legal entity is FlowFinds Solutions Kft.. Use the full form in legal, financial and contractual contexts.
4.4 Where the mark first appears prominently in your material, add a line such as “FlowFinds is a trademark of FlowFinds Solutions Kft.”.
5. Logo use
5.1 Use only the files from the brand kit, at their original proportions, with clear space around them of at least the height of the mark itself.
5.2 Place the logo on a background with sufficient contrast, and never on a busy image or a colour that makes it hard to read.
5.3 Do not give our logo more prominence than your own when both appear.
6. Integrations and community projects
6.1 Name your project for itself, then describe the relationship: “Acme Sync for FlowFinds” is acceptable; “FlowFinds Sync” is not.
6.2 Do not use our logo as your application icon, your package icon, or your repository avatar.
6.3 State clearly that your project is independent and not published by us.
7. Enforcement and questions
7.1 We ask first. Where a use causes confusion, we will tell you what specifically to change and give you reasonable time to change it, before taking any further step.
7.2 Requests for permission, and reports of misuse, go to [email protected]. Press enquiries go to [email protected].
7.3 These guidelines are governed by Hungarian law and do not limit rights we hold under trademark or unfair competition law.
