Which agreement applies to you

Two agreements cover use of FlowFinds, and only one of them applies to any given account. If you signed up as an individual, for purposes outside a trade or profession, the consumer terms apply and carry the statutory protections Hungarian and EU consumer law gives you. If you signed up on behalf of a business, or use FlowFinds to run a shop, the commercial terms apply instead. Both incorporate the acceptable use policy and the service-specific terms.

The explanations, not the clauses

A contract is the wrong place to learn how something works. The trust section is the plain-English half of this: what we store and for how long on data handling, who else touches it on sub-processors, what the agent is not permitted to decide on safety, and what we commit to when the service breaks on availability.

Changes

Every document carries the date of its last substantive revision. Where a change reduces your rights or increases your obligations, we give at least 30 days’ notice by email to the address on the account before it takes effect, and continued use after that date is acceptance. Corrections that do not change meaning are made without notice.
