The people accountable for what FlowFinds ships.
FlowFinds runs an agent that spends money, signs up suppliers, writes to customers and holds data on behalf of the people who use it. When that goes wrong, the useful question is not which model produced the output. It is which named person was answerable for allowing that model to act.
This page exists to answer that question. It states the four things leadership at FlowFinds Solutions Kft. is accountable for, and it names who holds them today.
The four accountabilities
Model behaviour
Answerable for what the agent is permitted to do without a human, what it must escalate, and the ceiling on its authority over spend and outbound communication. This includes signing off every system card before the model it describes reaches a customer store, and withdrawing a model when its observed behaviour stops matching its card. Published numbers
Answerable for the integrity of everything in the research section: that the benchmark definition was fixed before the runs, that failed runs are published alongside successful ones, that a figure on this site is traceable to a recorded run, and that a regression is disclosed rather than absorbed. This responsibility includes the right to block a release whose numbers are not ready. The methodology is published here.
Customer funds
Answerable for money that belongs to customers or is spent on their behalf: ad budgets, supplier payments, order proceeds and refunds. This covers the separation of customer money from company money, the controls on agent-initiated spend, and the accuracy of billing. Billing and refund terms.
Data
Answerable for what we collect, why, how long it is kept, who can reach it and which sub-processors touch it — and for the response when any of that fails, including breach notification. Data handling and retention, sub-processors, and the privacy policy.
Who holds them
The public company register records one officer, and this table lists exactly that. Every one of the four accountabilities above is held by the managing director until a further officer is appointed and recorded; we do not list a seat we have not filled, and we do not dress a seat with a title nobody holds. Correspondence addressed to any of the four reaches the person answerable for it.

Managing director (ügyvezető)
Dr. Vass Zoltán
Registered as the company's sole managing director since 22 September 2025, with independent signing authority — the only representative the register shows. The managing director owns the shape of the business rather than the shape of the software: which customers FlowFinds is for, what it charges, and what it pays for out of its own balance sheet, including the funded first launch. They are also the person who decides that a number is not ready to publish, and who is answerable when a published number turns out to be wrong.
What this page will never contain
No advisory board we have not appointed, no investor logos, no biography written to imply experience that was not held, and no officer the company register does not show. Every remit above is answerable today, by name.
Correspondence on any of the four reaches the company through the addresses on the contact page. Security reports should go through responsible disclosure, which is monitored regardless of the state of this table.
